I have been working as a Physical Therapist to help people reduce pain and improve health for over 30 years. After experiencing my own parents’ increasing health needs, I became more passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others. My goal is to provide evidence based information, peer reviewed resources, and helpful encouragement to my wonderful co-professionals in home health care and senior care who work tirelessly to improve the safety and wellness of seniors.
