August is hot and exhausting. Whether you are on the road for one last summer trip or trying not to melt as you drive in the heat for work, there are things you can do to make it less difficult.
Stay hydrated, and take breathers as needed! Although the summer days can be long and HOT, and can really wear on you, your physical health can help you keep a positive attitude.
Stay on task when things get difficult. It is important to have a plan in place, and people around us that will encourage us to not give up! As I being my new journey of blogging, I am struggling with my own self doubt. I am currently finishing up my doctorate- and I am not sure which is more challenging!
Surrounded yourself with like-minded people who will give you honest, positive feedback. Have a list of goals, and a plan for when you become overwhelmed.
“Believe you can, and you’re halfway there” (Theodore Roosevelt), and don’t give up!!
